Please review this Shipping Policy thoroughly before utilizing our Service.

1. Overview   All purchases depend on the availability of the products. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will inform you promptly and process a full refund via your initial payment method.

2. Delivery Areas   At present, we deliver orders exclusively within India.   We do not offer international shipping at this moment.

3. Order Processing Time   Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days once full payment has been received.   Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline   After dispatch, the expected delivery period is as follows:   Standard Shipping (within India): 4 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.  

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by unexpected delays such as adverse weather or disruptions in courier services.

5. Shipping Fees   Complimentary shipping is available for orders over ₹899 (within India).   For orders below ₹899, standard shipping charges will apply.  

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and the size or weight of the order.

6. Tracking Your Order   Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number along with a link to monitor your shipment.

8. Receiving Damaged or Wrong Products   Should your delivery arrive damaged or if the incorrect item is received, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs of the product and its packaging.  

We will provide either a replacement or a refund according to your preference and stock availability.
