Please review this Return Policy thoroughly before submitting a return or exchange request.

1. Return Period   We accept return requests within 3 days from the date the order is delivered.   To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, kept in its original state, and returned in the original packaging.

2. Return Criteria   A product is eligible for return if:  

  • It remains unused and in a condition suitable for resale.  
  • The return is initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.  
  • It is accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and purchase invoice.  

Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear will not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Products   The following items are not eligible for return:  

  • Toys that have been used  
  • Products damaged after delivery  
  • Items purchased on clearance or during sale events  
  • Customized or personalized merchandise

4. Received Damaged or Incorrect Products   If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not the item you ordered:  

  • Please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery at toyscribe.office@gmail.com  
  • Provide your Order ID along with clear images of the product and its packaging.  
  • We will coordinate a replacement or refund depending on your preference and stock availability.  

Replacement items will be shipped within 7 days.

5. Return Procedure   To start a return:  

  • Reach out to our customer service team through email or phone.  
  • Await confirmation and return instructions.  
  • Securely pack the product in its original packaging.  
  • Send the package to the designated return address.  

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.

6. Refund Process   After receiving and assessing the returned product:  

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.  
  • The refund amount will be credited to your account within a week.  
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
